In 1979, my husband, Kenneth LaCorte, and I decided to relocate to the Capital Region of New York and start an electrical construction and maintenance firm. We began a journey that continues this day even after his untimely passing in 1998. From a small firm of 5 people on 4^th Street in Troy, NY we grew to become one of the largest electrical services firms in the Northeast.

Today our focus is solely in remaining a leader in electrical construction and maintenance services offering the same commitment to quality and safety that has been the hall mark of LaCorte’s history. Having assumed the duties and responsibilities of President and CEO in 1998, I was able to apply and receive the WBE (Women Owned Business) New York State Certification. The LaCorte family continues to manage the day to day business and the second generation children are now involved in the business and contributing to the ongoing success of the firm.

Each and every project that bears my signature receives the same commitment that we made almost 40 years ago. All of our people receive the most stringent training and an unwavering commitment to deliver superior workmanship. It is our philosophy to create strong partnerships with our clients to meet their needs and objectives for now and in the future.
